End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Free Zone Limited Liability Company «GEEKY HOUSE» (registration number 98707), a company duly registered in the free zone Dubai Internet City, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Company"), governing your use of the software application ("App") available on the App Store.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1. Subscription-Based Features: The App may offer subscription-based services or content ("Subscriptions"). Details regarding the pricing, duration, and benefits of Subscriptions are disclosed within the App and on the App Store product page.
3.2. In-App Purchases: The App may also include features that allow you to make in-app purchases for virtual goods or additional content ("In-App Purchases"). Details regarding these purchases will be available within the App.
3.3. Payment: Payment for Subscriptions and In-App Purchases will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.4. Management and Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your Subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device. Cancellation of a Subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
3.5. Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, it begins when you activate the Subscription and lasts for the specified period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a Subscription.
3.6. Changes to Subscription and Purchase Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription pricing and terms for In-App Purchases at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes prior to their implementation.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any content, features, and updates, are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights.
6. Privacy
The collection and use of your data are governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://geeky.house/privacy-policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the App at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through a notification within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Third-Party Terms
You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of third parties, including but not limited to terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party services or applications that may be associated with your use of this App. The Company is not responsible for any actions or omissions of third parties.

- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Share, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties.
- Use any automated means to access or collect data from the App without prior written consent from the Company.
